Hourly Rate - $36.71 - 54.13

Annual Rate - $76,357 - $112,590

Differentials Per Hour

  • $4.00 Unscheduled weekend shift
  • $3.50 Night shift
  • $3.00 Mobile Intensive Care Nurse
  • $2.00 Evening shift
  • $1.50 Charge nurse
  • $1.50 Preceptor

Paid Time Off

  • Vacation Leave - up to four weeks annually
  • Sick Leave 11 days annually with unlimited accruals
  • Holidays - 14 Paid annually
  • Perfect Attendance Leave - 16 hours or annual gym membership
  • Bereavement - up to 3 days per occurrence

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must possess all of the following:

License:

Must possess and maintain Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.

Experience:

One (1) year of experience as a licensed registered nurse.

Certification:

Must possess and maintain current Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and certifications/courses required by unit such as:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Basic Fetal Monitoring
  • Basic Arrhythmia Recognition
  • Critical Care course
  • Management of Assaultive Behavior
  • National Institute of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale
  • Neonatal Intensive Care course
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course

Desired Qualifications

Candidates possessing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and experience and certifications in specialty areas such as Emergency Department, Critical Care, Labor and Delivery or Operative Services are desired.
