GI LAB SUPERVISOR (RN)
Provides professional care for all patients following established standards and practices. Directs and facilitates the flow of patient care activities in the GI department. Serves as a role model for Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants and LVNs by providing leadership which fosters positive attitudes and change, as well as supports management policies and procedures. Assesses plans, implements and evaluates the care of patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
Qualifications
Graduate of a recognized Registered Nursing program, minimum two years RN experience, minimum one year experience in a gastroenterology lab, minimum two years ambulatory/hospital experience preferred. Current California RN license, ACLS and current American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers required. GI Lab Certification preferred.
