Schedule: Per Diem/PRN

Description
As a Member of the Cardiac Cath Lab. Team, ensures optimal patient care and safety at all times. Uses appropriate knowledge and skills to monitor, assess, and provide nursing intervention to patients prior to and after invasive cardiac procedures.

Qualifications

Current California RN License
Current BCLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course or possess equivalent experience.
Good IV insertion skills.
IABP Experience
Groin Management Experience preferred.
Strong Hemodynamic background.
Cardiac Cath. Lab Experience or PACU, Step-down preferred.
2yrs Adult Critical Care Experience required
Must be able to work independently as well as in a precision team.
Must be able to quickly adapt knowledge and skills to new situations.
