Description
Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Valid California RN license.
Current BCLS certification.
Current ACLS certification
National RN Certification preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience in area of specialty.
Computer literate
Competencies are reflected by valid California RN license and are validated during preceptor/orientation process
Ability to perform CPR
Ability to coordinate care with team members effectively through effective communication
Ability to speak, read, write, understand and communicate in English
Agility to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push while performing direct patient care
