Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for Nurse Educatorsto develop and implement continuing education and orientation programs for members of the hospital. Nurse Educators create training for staff in the use of new products, equipment, and procedures; assess educational needs and implement programs to meet educational goals.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess all of the following:

• License: Must possess and maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Certification: Must possess and maintain Basic Life Support certification.
• Education: Must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: Three (3) years (within the past five years) of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital of which two (2) years are of Operating Room experience. Experience may be concurrent.

Substitution: A Master's Degree in Nursing may substitute for one (1) year of the required RN experience in acute care.

Desired Qualifications: The ideal candidate has experience as a Nurse Educator in an acute care Intensive Care Unit, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing.
