Director Nursing Perioperative Services – California Hospital Medical Center

Job Description

As our Director Nursing Perioperative Services at California Hospital you will be responsible for Surgical Services including Main OR, Pre-Op, PACU, GI, and SPD.

We have 7 operating rooms and a robust surgical services program, supporting many specialties, including trauma, vascular/general, liver/pancreatic, ortho, urology, gastrology,  and gyn. We utilize the latest technologies and equipment such as the daVinci robotic system.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience required.

Required Licensure: 

• Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
