As a Clinical Educator at Community Hospital San Bernardino you will be part of a dynamic team collaborating on innovative ways to bring knowledge and expertise to the bedside.  This position, while focused on Emergency Services, is part of a much bigger picture, developing our frontline staff to excel in clinical judgment while delivering exceptional patient care and creating opportunities for exciting changes in care delivery.  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years current acute care clinical nursing experience with a high degree of knowledge and competency in Emergency Nursing required.
• CA Licensed Registered Nurse BSN required, MSN preferred
• BLS required
• CCRN or CEN preferred
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum planning preferred
• Project management planning experience preferred
