Nurse Shift Manager – Med Surg ICU – Northridge Hospital Medical Center
Job Description
Are you a passionate and experienced ICU nurse ready to lead and inspire a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care? Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Shift Manager to join our Medical Surgical ICU team.
In this vital role, you'll coordinate and supervise nursing care for patients from newborn to 18 years old, ensuring the highest standards of evidence-based practice are met.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN) required and actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other-related field (e.g., BSN/BBA/BHA).
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
- Registered Nurse with current CA License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) other credentials or credential modules may be required.
- LA City Fire Card required within 90 days of hire.
