Clinical RN, Cardiac Rehab Outpatient
Job Description
The Cardiac Rehab RN provides professional nursing care to patients in the inpatient and outpatient programs. The Cardiac Rehab RN will perform evaluations and assessments on individuals with heart disease per physician order. The RN will collaborate with other ancillary personnel to provide individualized therapeutic interventions to assist in improving the patient’s level of functioning, self-care, and quality of life.
Qualifications
Licensure and Certification:
- Current California Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS and ACLS provider cards
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in critical care nursing with ECG monitoring experience and arrhythmia interpretation
- Minimum of 1 year Cardiac Rehab experience preferred
