NICU Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements. Creates a practice environment that maximizes individual performance and serves as a resource and mentor to staff.
Licensure and Certification: Current CA RN license. Current BLS provider card. Current NRP provider card Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred16 units of Baby Friendly education Experience:2 years recent NICU experience. Recent experience in Level II or Level IIINational neonatal certification preferred
