Per Diem, RN, Wound Care
Job Description
The Wound Care Clinical RN is responsible for safely, therapeutically and efficiently providing patient care to patients in the Outpatient Wound Care department on HMNH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements. Independently utilizes the nursing process to provide care that includes, assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
Qualifications
Licensure and Certification:
- Current CA RN license
- Current BLS provider card
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
- Wound management certification preferred.
Experience:
- Two (2) years acute care nursing preferred
- One (1) year wound care preferred
