Clinical Supervisor 4S/Telemetry Nights

The clinical supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical operations within the unit. Their primary role is to provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures. This includes assessing staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns

Qualifications

Minimum Education 

Graduate from an Accredited RN training program Bachelor of Science in Nursing required High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required 

Preferred Education 

Master’s Degree in nursing or related field preferred 

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications 

Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary staff of professionals, technical and non-exempt employees.
