The clinical supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical operations within the unit.

Their primary role is to provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures. This includes assessing staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns 

Qualifications

Minimum Education: 

• Graduate from an Accredited RN training program 
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required 
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required 

Preferred Education: 

• Master’s Degree in nursing or related field preferred 

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary staff of professionals, technical and non-exempt employees.
