The Home Health Clinical Manager is responsible and accountable for the administrative and clinical functions of care for Home Health patients in various locations in the community. This is an exempt management position.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse license
• ADN degreeBLS CPR cardDriver’s license
• Valid auto insuranceTwo (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility.
• Home Health experience
• BSN DegreeMinimum two (2) years supervisory/management experience
