EPIC Manager – RN
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is looking for an Epic Manager-RN who is a licensed Registered Nurse to join the Epic team. The Epic Manager-RN will be responsible for the daily activities of small and large teams engaged in the installation and maintenance of one or more Epic Modules, using data, information and knowledge to both improve the delivery of healthcare services and improve patient outcomes. This position provides solutions, manages multiple highly complex projects, and financial resources within an operational service line to meet business needs and security requirements. The emphasis is placed on the classification’s critical nursing leadership role and planning; organizing and leading staff in the integration of informatics and healthcare information technology into the workplace to inform decision making and provide patients with efficient, safe and innovative care.

- License: Must possess and maintain a Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered.
- Experience:Three (3) years as an RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse for an acute care hospital on an EPIC Implementation Team OR similar experience in an acute care hospital or a large healthcare organization.
