Nurse Coordinator describes a variety of specialized nursing positions that provide professional support, planning, coordinating, and facilitating patient care for selected patient populations across the continuum of care, ensuring compliance with provider orders and established policies and procedures. This position utilizes the nursing process without providing direct patient care. Nurse Coordinators provide coordination and care for patients requiring assistance and support in accessing and managing their healthcare needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university Required
• California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
