RN – Interventional Radiology – Ronald Reagan Hospital
Job Description
This Clinical Nurse II of Radiology in involved in collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan for pre/intra/post-operative areas for our ambulatory interventional radiology procedures and assist with other radiology modalities as required.
Additionally, the position includes providing patient and family education, participating in research projects and quality initiatives to ensure safe continuity of care. This position also includes on call responsibilities. You will be required to rotate to all radiology sites staffed by UCLA Health.*May rotate between Ronald Reagan, Santa Monica and West Valley Hospitals to provide support as needed. On-call responsibilities with the expectation of a 30-minute response time*
Qualifications

- BSN or MSN – required
- Current valid California RN license – required
- At least 3 years of recent Acute Care ICU, Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology procedural experience – required
- ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association – required
- Pediatric experience – strongly preferred
- CRN or CCRN Certificate – preferred Strong IV Skills – strongly preferred
- Ability to cover on-call with a 30 minute response time
- Able to cover all areas of Radiology, including the clinics and future radiology areas
