It is a tradition in the May issue of Working Nurse to interview local chief nursing officers and nursing school deans on topics that impact nurses, health systems and the communities they serve.

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, nursing leaders were grappling with a multitude of complex challenges. For the 2020 Roundtable, we asked them to share their views on subjects ranging from technological innovations to depictions of nurses in the media to staffing strategies.

We also wanted to know how they are supporting nursing teams during the stress and chaos of the novel coronavirus outbreak.
