Director Nursing Labor & Delivery – California Hospital Medical Center
Job Description
As our Director L&D Services at California Hospital you will be responsible for Labor and Delivery services including antepartum, triage, birth suites, and OR.
You will direct the provision of nursing care while maintaining high standards of patient care, is a very fast paced enviornment. Each year, we deliver close to 3,000 babies and admit over 500 to our 26-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.With our new Patient Tower recently opened, this is a very exciting time for you to join us!
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience, and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience required.
Required Licensure:
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
