Sr Director Nursing Acute Care – California Hospital Medical Center
Job Description
As our Sr Director Nursing Acute Care Services at California Hospital you will be responsible for services including acute-care medical and surgical units, telemetry, and our nursing office.You will direct the operations, work with Sr. Leadership on strategy and key initiatives, and work with the Med/Surg Director, Tele Director, and other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience, and Masters degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g. MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nurse leadership experience required.
Licensure:
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required,
