Inpatient Case Manager Lead ( RN or LVN )

The Lead Inpatient Care Manager (Lead) is responsible for is responsible for being the “first line” resource for inpatient review staff. This includes questions regarding procedures, training, and processes to assure compliance with RMG policies and procedures. The Lead assists the Manager of Inpatient Case Management with daily management of inpatient review, auditing functions, and ensuring that all staff provides a level of customer service that meets or exceeds the organization’s expectations.
Graduate from an accredited Licensed Vocational or Registered Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year case management experience with managed care organization or healthcare facility.
Current LVN or RN California Licenses
Knowledge of Healthcare and Managed Care.
Typing 40 words per minutes with accuracy.
Knowledge of computers, faxes, printers and all other equipment
.Knowledgeable in MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Power Point).
Ability to deal with responsibility with confidential matters.
