Administrative Nurse I – Arizona Pain Management Clinic – Santa Monica
The Administrative Nurse I is responsible for assisting with the unit’s clinical management and administrative coordination. The position combines clinical (direct care) and administrative responsibilities. Under the direction of the Unit Director, the Administrative Nurse I, is responsible for the consistent implementation and monitoring of organizational policies and standards within the unit.
The AN I is responsible for knowledge and application of all personnel policies and requirements of the collective bargaining agreements. The AN I will assist the AN IV, AN III and AN II in promoting the accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the unit.
The AN I will participate in the peer evaluation process and will participate in the interview and hire process for the unit staff when requested. The AN I is responsible for monitoring specialty area operations to identify and report problems associated with staff performance, resource issues, and patient care issues to the AN II/ AN IV.
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled, self-starter with:
- Current California RN license required.
- BSN with 2 years of recent acute care experience required
- BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
- 2 years of experience as an PTU/PACU/OR registered nurse preferred
