Men in Nursing
Breaking down barriers, building up lives
The stereotype of nursing as a “female career” is slowly but surely making its way out the door as the percentage of men entering the profession continues to grow. And while, according to most of the men we interviewed, absolute gender parity may be a long way off, any amount of progress toward shaking off the shackles of stereotypes is something we at Working Nurse want to celebrate. And what better way to do that than letting some of these men share their experiences themselves. So come on, join the party!
