The Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNMH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Current California RN license

Current BLS provider card

Current ACLS provider card required on all telemetry capable units

Certified in field of specialty (PCCN) preferred

MS1 – Telemetry course required, chest pain observation experience preferred

MST3  – Telemetry course required, Stroke course requiredMST4  – Telemetry course required

MST5  – Telemetry course required, Orthopedic course (Joint and Spine) required,

Chemo Provider/Chemo Certification preferred

Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred

Minimum 1 year acute hospital experience

Telemetry experience preferred
