Director Nursing Trauma Center – California Hospital Medical Center
Job Description
As our Director Trauma Services at California Hospital you will be responsible for trauma services at our Leavey Trauma Center.
You will direct the operations, work with Sr. Leadership on strategy and key initiatives, and work with other department Directors, Managers, and trauma staff to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in a very fast paced environment. With our new Patient Tower recently opened, this is a very exciting time for you to join us!
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience, and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience required.
Required Licensure:
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
