Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients undergoing GI procedures based on HMNMH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements and provides oversight of unlicensed personnel on the team.
Qualifications
Licensure and Certification:
- Current CA RN license
- Certification in this specialty preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS provider cards
- Complete conscious sedation competencies in the first 30 days
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
Experience:
- 1 year GI experience required
