Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNMH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Licensure & Certification

  • Current California RN license
  • Current BLS provider card
  • Current ACLS provider card required on all telemetry capable units
  • Certified in field of specialty (PCCN) preferred
  • MS1 – Telemetry course required, chest pain observation experience preferred

Education

  • Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
  • ExperienceMinimum 1 year acute hospital experience
  • Telemetry experience preferred
